Welcome to Hummingbird Care Link. By creating an account or using the Hummingbird Care Link marketplace, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. Care seeker and provider accounts are separate role types and cannot be converted between each other.

Marketplace use

Hummingbird Care Link helps care seekers discover providers and communicate about services. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, credentials, and service offerings. Booking requests and messaging are tools to connect parties; Hummingbird Care Link does not guarantee availability, outcomes, or clinical quality.

Memberships

Provider membership billing is handled by Stripe. Membership eligibility and marketplace publishing follow Hummingbird Care Link's published requirements. Refunds and cancellations follow the plan terms shown at checkout.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, harass other users, submit false credentials, scrape private data, or attempt to bypass access controls.
