Hummingbird Care Link collects account information, profile content, messaging content, and booking request details needed to operate the marketplace.

What we collect

Depending on your role, this may include name, email, password credentials (handled by our auth provider), provider business details, credentials submitted for review, messages, booking requests, and membership/billing identifiers processed by Stripe.

How we use data

We use your data to authenticate accounts, show public provider profiles, enable messaging and booking workflows, process memberships, and operate admin review and support.

What is public

Published provider profiles and published resources are visible to marketplace users. Private contact details, membership and billing fields, founding program internals, and account identifiers are not intended for public exposure.

Sharing

We use service providers such as Supabase (auth/database) and Stripe (payments). We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can update profile information in your dashboard and contact Hummingbird Care Link Support for account questions. Providers may request visibility changes through support when needed.
